Earth Medicince uses USPS as its primary mail carrier. The following table defines the processing & estimated total turnaround times.

Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day from the date of order.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy is part of our Terms of Services. By using this site, you agree to our Terms of Service which include the Return Policy as detailed below. Please see our Terms of Service page for more information.

At Earth Medicine our customers’ satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of its purchase for a refund less return shipping fees.

To return an order or partial order follow these steps:

  • Navigate to your account profile.
  • Select the Orders tab or menu item
  • Select the "Return" button to the right of the order.
  • On the order page enter the return reason and submit the form
  • Send the products you want to return back to Earth Medicine at:

  • Once Earth Medicine receives the return order, we will process and credit your account.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, depending on the original payment source.

If you purchased our product through an Earth Medicine distributor or retailer, go to the original purchase location for any return or exchange.

You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.

If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We may ask for a picture(s) of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you once we have approved your claim.
